This site belongs to Successell, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Successell"), based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. By using it, you accept these terms. The Spanish version is the official one. If the two differ, the Spanish version prevails.

Using this site

The content on this site is for information. It describes how we work, but it isn't a binding offer or advice for your specific case.
You may read, share and quote our content as long as you credit Successell and link to the original page.
The text, design and Successell brand are ours. Don't copy them and present them as your own.
Don't try to harm the site, overload it or access parts that aren't public.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content.

Our service

Each service is governed by its signed proposal. Scope, deliverables, timelines, price, payment terms and conditions are set in writing in the proposal or contract we sign with you. If anything in these terms conflicts with that proposal, the proposal prevails.
No guarantee of results on third-party engines. ChatGPT, Gemini, Google, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot and other AI assistants and search engines belong to other companies. Nobody controls what they answer, and neither do we: the same question can get a different answer each time. So we don't guarantee a position, an appearance, a number of mentions or a number of customers. We commit to the deliverables, dates and measurement stated in your proposal.
What depends on you. Timelines start when we receive your information and access. We publish nothing without your approval, and the business details we publish are the ones you confirm.
Your accounts and your content. Your site, your accounts and the content we publish for you stay in your name. We work with our own user and limited permissions, and you remove it when we finish.
Third-party changes. AI engines and search engines change their rules and how they answer without notice. A change like that can affect results and isn't a breach on our part.

Liability

We work carefully and back up before every change. Beyond what your proposal says, we aren't liable for indirect damages, lost sales or lost positions on third-party services, or for failures of platforms, hosting or services that aren't ours.

How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is the one posted on this page, with its date. Changes don't modify a proposal that has already been signed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, unless the signed proposal says otherwise.
