How we work with you

A closed project you can check at every step: diagnosis, implementation and measurement, with optional monthly follow-up. We do the work for you, and your accounts stay in your name.

Right now we offer one way to work with us: we do it for you. Here is every stage, from the first call to monthly follow-up. Dates depend mostly on one thing: how quickly your information and access reach us.

  1. First call. One call or meeting, in person or by video. We ask how new customers find you today, what you most want to sell, where your buyers are and who you compete with. With your permission, we ask an AI about your business while you watch: first by name, then the way a buyer who doesn't know you would ask. You get: a first look at what AI says about you. We need: your business name and website, your main products or services, your main competitors, your buyers' city and language, and the contact of whoever manages your site.
  2. Proposal. A short written document addressed to your company. It covers what you gain, how we'll work, what you receive at each stage, what we need from you, what we can and can't promise, the investment and the next step. It explains what we'll deliver. It isn't a do-it-yourself recipe. We need: your approval of the diagnosis, by WhatsApp or email. If your company requires vendor registration or a confidentiality agreement, tell us at this point.
  3. Diagnosis. 3 business days from your approval, with no access to anything of yours. We ask buying questions the way your buyers would, in their language and from their market. Some use your name, as a control. The rest are local questions and category questions without your name, and those are the ones that count. We ask them on ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Perplexity and Claude, in fresh conversations with no signed-in account, and save every full answer with the sources it cites. From the outside, we also check what each AI crawler receives from your site, your sitemap, your structured data and your Google Business Profile. You get: a 2-page report. It shows whether AI recommends you today, who it recommends instead, how it describes you, and the 5 actions that would help most. It also says whether the work can be done on your current site. We need: your list of products and competitors.
  4. Results and decision. One call. We walk you through the report and tell you what we would do first and what we'll measure after publishing. If the work fits your current site, we propose the implementation. If there's a limitation, such as a closed platform, we tell you before you hire us and give you an alternative with its scope and cost in writing. You decide whether to continue.
  5. Kickoff. A half-hour conversation, plus access. We talk about what you sell, to whom and where; which prices you're willing to publish; what sets you apart, with proof such as years in business, units delivered, warranties or certifications; and the questions your customers ask most. Send us any catalogs or spec sheets you already have. We need: our own user, with limited permissions, on your site or server and in your Google account. We never ask for your passwords. Everything stays in your name, and you remove our user when we're done. If a previous agency kept your access, we help you recover it or set up a new one. We also need one person who approves content, because we publish nothing you haven't confirmed.
  6. Implementation. Up to 10 business days, counted from when your information and access arrive. We make sure your hosting or firewall doesn't block AI crawlers, and if your site depends on JavaScript, we serve crawlers the same page already built, without changing how it looks. We add structured data with who you are, what you sell, where you are and how to reach you, matching what your site says. We publish 3 to 5 answer pages on what your buyers ask: cost, which option fits which case, how buying and delivery work, honest comparisons and common questions. We register your site in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools with a sitemap, and add an llms.txt file where your platform allows it. It's cheap to add, but we don't sell it as a fix. We tag your WhatsApp and contact form to count leads from AI. We back up before every change, keep a way to undo it, and coordinate with whoever maintains your site so a future update doesn't erase the work. On closed platforms, we do what the platform allows plus an answers page on a separate address, such as answers.yourbusiness.com. You get: a delivery record listing each item with its proof, for example what a crawler received before and what it receives now. We need: your approval of each page before it goes live.
  7. Measurement. 30 days after publishing. The same questions from the diagnosis, on the same engines, under the same conditions: how many answers include you, how they describe you and what the AI cites. We also count the leads that arrived with each AI's tag. Leads without a tag get asked how they heard about you and are reported separately. If nothing moved, we say so plainly and propose what to adjust. For category questions, 30 days is often too soon. Usually the first thing to change is how AI describes you when someone names you. You get: the before and after, and your leads. We need: you to tell us where untagged leads came from, when you know.
  8. Monthly follow-up (optional). The same measurement every month, 2 new or updated pages, and a 1-page report in plain language with that month's leads. We suggest at least 3 months, because getting recommended without being named takes time: AI engines have to read your site again, and mentions by others take a while to get published. You get: a monthly report. We need: approval of new content, as before.

Your accounts stay yours. Your site, your Google accounts and your content remain in your name. We work with our own user and limited permissions, never with your passwords, and you remove that user when we finish.

Work outside your site

For category questions, AI trusts what others say about a business more than what the business says about itself. That makes outside work the part that weighs most: your Google Business Profile with the right category, hours and photos; reviews requested from all your customers, with nothing offered in exchange; industry directories with the same details as your site; "best of" lists and trade media where you can enter with facts that can be checked; and associations, chambers, trade shows and customers who can mention or link to you.

This work isn't part of the standard implementation. If you want it, we scope it separately according to your industry and put it in your proposal.

What we don't do

If you'd like to start with a diagnosis, message us on WhatsApp with your website and what you sell. We'll set up a short first call.
