Draft: legal details pending

Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights over it.

This notice is issued under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares). The Spanish version is the official one. If the two differ, the Spanish version prevails.

Data controller

Successell, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Successell"), tax ID (RFC) [PENDIENTE: RFC], with its address at [PENDIENTE: domicilio completo], Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data.

For anything related to your personal data, email us at info@successell.com.

Data we collect

We collect the data you give us directly when you contact us through the site's form, WhatsApp or email:

We don't collect sensitive personal data. Please don't send it to us.

If you hire our service, we also process the data the business relationship needs, such as billing details, and the details of the people on your team we work with. This is covered in the proposal or contract we sign.

Primary purposes

We use your data for the following, which we need in order to handle your request:

  1. To answer your messages and questions.
  2. To schedule and hold a call about your business.
  3. To prepare and send you a proposal.
  4. To review, from the outside, your website and what AI assistants say about your business, for any diagnosis you request.
  5. If you hire us, to provide and follow up on the service, issue invoices and meet our legal obligations.

Secondary purposes

With your consent, we may also use your data to:

  1. Send you information about our services or news about AEO.
  2. Ask for your opinion about our service.

If you don't want us to use your data for these purposes, email info@successell.com with the subject "Secondary purposes." Saying no doesn't affect how we handle your request or any service you hire.

Transfers

We don't sell or rent your personal data. We don't transfer it to third parties without your consent, except where the law allows it, for example when a competent authority requires it.

To operate, we use providers that process data on our behalf, such as hosting, email and messaging services. They use it only to provide that service and under our instructions. If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages also go through that service, under its own terms and privacy notice.

Your ARCO rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it if it's incomplete or wrong, to cancel it when you believe it isn't needed for the purposes in this notice, and to object to its use for specific purposes. Mexican law calls these ARCO rights.

To exercise them, email info@successell.com with:

We'll reply within the time limits set by law. If your request is granted, we'll carry it out within the legal time limits that follow our reply.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time by emailing info@successell.com with the subject "Withdrawal." We may not be able to act on it right away, for example if we must keep the data because of a legal obligation or an active contract. If you withdraw consent for the primary purposes, we may not be able to keep serving you.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data while it's needed for the purposes in this notice and for as long as tax and commercial laws require. After that, we delete it.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies today. If we add analytics tools or cookies of that kind in the future, we'll update this notice before doing so and tell you on the site.

Like any web server, ours logs technical data about each visit, such as the IP address, date and time, the page requested and the type of browser or bot. We use it to keep the site running, for security, and to know which search engine and AI bots visit the site.

Our WhatsApp buttons carry a code for the page you wrote to us from. We use it to know which pages bring in contacts.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice because of changes in the law, in our services or in how we handle data. We'll post the current version on this page with its update date.
